The first of two concerts from ‘Boulez in Birmingham’, a celebration with
Pierre Boulez, given by Birmingham Conservatoire and the Park Lane Group. The Thallein Ensemble explores a selection of contemporary repertoire, including the monumental Et exspecto resurrectionem mortuorum by Boulez’s teacher, Olivier Messiaen. Please join us for these concerts honouring one of the most significant musical innovators of our time in the presence of the master.
