Ticket Competition Terms & Conditions
The Winner will be drawn at random from all the correct entries.
Winners will be contacted personally by email.
Offer does not apply to tickets already purchased and cannot be used in conjunction with any other ofers.
Ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Performances Birmingham Ltd reserve the right to cancel the competiton at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion or if circumstances arise outside of their control.
Unclaimed prizes will be deemed to have been fortified after 28 days, and Performances Birmingham Ltd reserve the right to either re-offer the prize to the next correct entrant drawn at random, or to re-offer the prize in a future competition.
Entrants deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them when entering the competiton. Performances Birmingham Ltd do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
