You can now hire out the beautifully restored Town Hall for your own private or corporate event. Since the official opening in October 2007 the venue has hosted a range of events for invited guests including banqueting dinners, award ceremonies, conferences, exhibitions and drinks receptions.

A dedicated team of in-house staff will assist with the arrangements of private events from the planning stages through to overseeing the event on the day.

For the first time in Town Hall’s recent history the venue can be used for Banqueting for up to 300 guests, and the provision of this service is arranged by our catering partners, Redcliffe Catering Ltd. Please click on the Menu Selector (at the bottom of the page) to download the full range of menu options and prices. The menu pricing is exclusive of venue hire rates.

As part of the venue hire package we can provide theatre-style flat floor seating in the Stalls Level and tiered seating in the Circle Level as a standard layout. Our fixed platform for speakers or entertainers is the 1.25 metre high stage which incorporates two risers and stage lift. The front of house foyer, Circle Bar and Lower Bar can be transformed for drinks receptions, breakout sessions, as networking areas or buffet servicing points.
