In this silent classic, master of horror Lon Chaney gives what is widely regarded as one of his finest performances. Chaney plays deformed bellringer Quasimodo, who is one of many to fall for the beautiful gypsy Esmeralda. This dramatic tale of murder, kidnap, romance and peasant revolt on the streets of Paris is brought to life by renowned cinema organist Nigel Ogden, who will improvise a stunning accompaniment on Town Hall’s monumental 1834 organ.
